Power Hour at GES

Are you looking to volunteer in our local community? Check out Germantown Elementary’s Power Hour Reading Program. This program was created to benefit the students of Germantown Elementary by helping them with their phonics skills, word reading fluency, passage reading fluency, and also simply reading stories of interest to spike their love and passion for reading. The Power Hour Reading Program is held in the kindergarten and first grade hallway from 9:00am - 10:00am every day that Germantown Elementary is in session starting on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. There are a few exceptions with holidays and early dismissal days that the Power Hour Reading Program will not meet. This program is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 that shares a love and passion for reading and working with younger students. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering for Germantown Elementary’s Power Hour Reading Program, please visit the sign-up genius website below and sign-up today!
