Vote for Germantown

We need your help to have a chance at winning a contest worth $5,000-$15,000 worth of grant money.  
 
You are invited to www.stlgrown.com to vote for Germantown SD #60.  Our project entry is called the Bulldog Bookroom.  You can vote 1 time per day from Apr. 2 through Apr. 22. So vote daily!  The top three vote-getters will receive grants in the amount of $15,000, $10,000 and $5,000 for first, second and third places, respectively.

Germantown SD #60 is committed to differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of its students.  Every classroom has a wide range of ability levels.  It is imperative that we find ways to meet the needs of each and every student at their level and guide them to reach their potential.  In order to be successful in the real world, we need to develop effective reading skills in our students.  One way to do that is through the use of leveled readers.  If Germantown was fortunate enough to receive grant money through the Grow St. Louis Contest, the money would be allocated to purchasing a bookroom of leveled readers.  The bookroom would allow teachers to differentiate reading instruction through the use of the readers at the students' instructional level.
